Refund and Returns Policy

At Etroo Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., toothbrush holders, towels, etc.)

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If rejected, we’ll contact you with an explanation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
